Smart Machine, Empty Head steht als neuer Track von RythmChecker zur Veröffentlichung an.
What happens when the machines get smarter while we slowly forget how to think?
Smart Machine, Empty Head is a restless experimental dub warning from a world of endless scrolling, instant answers and outsourced thinking.
Deep bass, broken one-drop rhythms, Hammond organ, shifting tempos and meters, Nyabinghi grooves and warped dub-poetry vocals collide in a track that refuses to sit still.
Phasers twist the voice, tape echoes lose their way, rhythms stumble and rebuild, while one question keeps returning through the smoke: Who checking who?
Dark, hypnotic and deliberately unpredictable, the song is not anti-technology. It is a reminder to keep the most important tool switched on: your own mind.
